How your payment, files and account stay safe
Buying a file from a shop you have not used before means trusting it with two things: your money and your device. Here is exactly what happens to both when you buy from ProTemplate - no more than the shop actually does.
You pay in the app or on the page of the payment provider you choose. This site has no card field, and it never asks for your PIN or password.
What reaches us is only whether an order was paid, how much and when. For a mobile transfer, it is also the transaction ID and the number you give us, so the payment can be matched to your order.
Nobody from ProTemplate needs your PIN or your password. If someone asks you for either, it is not us.
Downloads come straight from our own storage, over a secure connection - never from a mirror or a link on another site. And a file is only ever served to the account that bought it.
Your purchases do not expire, either. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the files are in your account, with no expiry date and no download limit for as long as you keep the account.
The cookie that keeps you signed in can only be read by our server, and it only ever travels over a secure connection. Scripts on a page cannot read it.
