2. What we sell

We sell digital products, delivered as files you download from your account. Nothing is shipped and no physical goods are supplied.

Each product page describes what the product is, what it includes and what it costs before you order. Where a product has technical requirements, they are stated there. Please read that description carefully, because it is what you are buying.

You need an account to buy, because your account is where your purchases and your downloads live. Purchases are one-off. We do not sell subscriptions, and buying a product does not start a recurring charge.

3. Orders and payment

We sell to you directly. ProTemplate is the seller on every order, and the contract of sale is with us. Customer service and refunds are ours to answer.

Payment is taken through the payment method you choose at checkout. You pay on that provider's own page or app, so your payment details are given to them and not to this site, and their terms apply to the payment alongside these Terms. Some methods are paid by transfer and confirmed by us by hand, which is why an order can stay unpaid until the money reaches us.

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when payment settles and the product appears in your account. If payment does not settle, the order lapses and nothing is charged.

You cannot buy the same product twice. If a product is already in your account, or you have a checkout for it still open and unpaid, we will refuse the order rather than charge you again for something you own.

4. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown on the product page in the currency stated there. The price that applies is the one displayed when you place your order.

Where sales tax, VAT or an equivalent applies to your order, it is calculated according to where you are and shown to you at checkout before you pay. The price you confirm is the total you are charged.

5. What you may do with what you buy

When your payment settles we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to download the product and use it for your own purposes or those of your business, for as long as the applicable law allows.

You may not:

• resell, rent, sublicense, publish or otherwise redistribute the product or any substantial part of it
• share your account, your download links, or the files themselves with anyone else
• remove or alter any notice of authorship, copyright or licensing contained in the files
• present the product, or a derivative of it, as your own work for sale

Where a product carries its own licence in or alongside the files, that licence governs the product and prevails over this section to the extent the two differ.

6. Access and downloads

Purchased products stay in your account and can be downloaded again. Downloads are served through this site while you are signed in; there are no public links, and a link you copy will not work for anyone else.

We may retire a product from sale at any time. Retiring a product does not remove it from the account of someone who has already bought it, and we will not knowingly withdraw access to a purchased product without good reason.

Even so, please keep your own copy of anything you buy. We are not a backup service, and we cannot guarantee that any particular file will remain downloadable indefinitely.

7. Your account

You must give accurate details when you register and keep them up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account.

Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account, so we can help you secure it.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or in breach of anyone else's rights
• attempt to bypass, probe or defeat any access control, payment step or rate limit
• download in bulk by automated means, or scrape the product listings
• interfere with the operation of the site or the experience of other users

9. Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and explains when a refund is available and how to ask for one. We process refunds ourselves.

10. Availability

We work to keep the site available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend it for maintenance, or to protect it, and we will keep any such interruption as short as we reasonably can.

11. Intellectual property

The products remain the property of their rights holders. Nothing you buy transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you; you receive the licence described above and nothing more.

The site itself, including its text, layout and code, belongs to ProTemplate or its licensors.

12. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, and our total liability arising out of or in connection with a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

If you are buying as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by this section.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that is used unlawfully, or that is used to redistribute what it has bought. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to put it right.

You may close your account at any time by asking us. Closing it ends your access to the products in it, so download anything you want to keep first.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version that applies to an order is the one published when you placed it, and the date this version took effect is shown at the top of this page.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of TODO_COUNTRY, and disputes are subject to the courts of TODO_COUNTRY. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory rules of the country you live in.
