Refunds, explained simply

Everything we sell is a digital file you download, not something posted to you. That changes how refunds work, so here is the policy in plain words. Our full refund policy is the one that counts; this is the short version.
If you have not downloaded a product yet, you can have a full refund if you ask within 14 days of buying it - no reason needed.
Starting the first download is asking us to deliver the product straight away, and from then on a simple change of mind is not refunded. So look carefully at the product page and its previews before your first download, not after.
| What happened | Full refund? |
|---|---|
| You have not downloaded it, and you ask within 14 days | Yes |
| It is missing something its page promised, such as fewer screens than listed | Yes |
| The file will not download, or arrives damaged, and we cannot fix it in reasonable time | Yes |
| You were charged more than once for the same product | Yes |
| You did not authorise the payment | Yes |
Outside all of these, we still look at what happened. Tell us what went wrong: a fair answer matters more to us than a strict one.
Message us on Telegram at @protemplate_xyz with three things:
We aim to reply within 48 hours. Ask within 14 days of buying where you can: a later request is not refused out of hand, but it is harder for us to see what happened.
An approved refund goes back the way the payment came, to the account or wallet it came from. How long it takes to appear depends on that provider. If you paid by transfer, we may ask you to confirm the account it should go back to.
A refund ends the licence for that product, and the product is removed from your account - so please delete any copy you downloaded.
One request: talk to us before asking your bank to reverse a payment. A chargeback costs us the amount and a fee whatever the outcome, and takes weeks; we can usually settle the same problem in a day.
